Pastoral Plan

Good Shepherd Parish is one parish with two worship sites. Our new Pastoral Plan will enable us to grow and reach out to others to join us around the table of the Lord.

Goal 1

Implement a Good Shepherd Parish support system for disciples in evangelization via established ministries by June 2023. This means that we seek to know who is participating in each ministry both as leaders and as volunteers and to ensure that they are following the Parish Plan in their respective roles. 

Goal 3

We would like to encourage each member of our parish to pray for an increase in vocations to the priesthood, diaconate, and religious life. As a result, we hope that each parishioner will declare that they have prayed for vocations, invited someone to consider his/her vocation, and/or helped create awareness of vocations in the parish by June 2024.

Goal 2

Increase Mass attendance from 590 to 708 weekend attendees by June 2024. We are pleased to announce that our parish attendance has returned to pre-COVID numbers, and we look forward to watch our parish continue to grow!

Goal 4

Increase parishioners involved in service at Good Shepherd Parish from 50 to 120 by June 2024. If you are interested in joining the Good Shepherd Parish as a volunteer, look out for more information about our various ministries at the Parish Picnic this September!
