Deacon Geoff Higgins was ordained a deacon of the Archdiocese of Boston in September 2011. He has been a parishioner since 1988 and, prior to his ordination, he served in various capacities including lector, religious education teacher and Parish Pastoral Council member. Deacon Geoff lives in Wayland with his wife, Peggy. Their son, Pat who is a Wayland High School graduate, and his wife Jenna live in Philadelphia and are the wonderful parents of daughters Avery and Nora. He is a graduate of Ursinus College with a history degree. He is a former teacher of English Learners (EL) at Donovan Elementary School in Randolph. Deacon Geoff is a member of Good Shepherd’s Knights of Columbus and volunteers as a Deacon Assistant in the Archdiocese Office of Diaconal Life and Ministry.
