Hello, my name is Brian Delaney, I am a third-year seminarian for the Archdiocese of Boston at Pope St. John XXIII National Seminary in Weston.  

For years I was being called to broaden and strengthen my relationship with God, I felt there was something more I was being called to do. This led to my discernment and decision to follow God as a late vocation.  

Marriage was my first vocation, I am a widower, I have a wonderful daughter and granddaughter. I spent most of my life in the Merrimack Valley Area.  My Catholic Faith has been a blessing and strong influence in my life. I humbly served two parishes in various ministries for over 37 years.

I worked in the Defense Field for 40 years, started my career with US Navy, then working for Defense Contractors in the Corporate worlds, retiring from Raytheon Technologies Company in Dec 2020. 

I am truly blessed that the Lord was persistent with me. After my first year in Seminary, it was obvious, I clearly made the right choice saying Yes to the Lord.
